If you’re starting with exercising at ProFit Gym, you have the possibility to first personally exercise with your coach twice. Comparable with Personal Training. The first time is primarily introductions and starting with building up a routine in the gym. The second time you’ll have an intense training session together. This will give you a motivational boost to keep going.
